Important Read

Bookings & Reservation

• A deposit payment of RM200 is required for bookings to secure the event date.
• Deposit payments made are non-refundable.
• Clients must pay the full amount at least ONE DAY before the event date.
• Clients can reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, but they must provide a valid reason and notify Art Kuasa Dua at least ONE MONTH before the event date.
• If client cancels the event within THREE WEEKS of the scheduled date, they will not be able to get a refund and will be charged the full amount.

Coverage

• Art Kuasa Dua's primary focus is on the Kuala Lumpur, but we can adapt our services to meet the needs of clients in other areas.
• For events in selected Kuala Lumpur areas, travel fees are waived and FREE. However, certain districts may incur additional charges.
• For events outside of the Kuala Lumpur area, travel and accommodation charges apply. Our team will assist you in preparing a quotation for travel and accommodation costs.
• The FREE Outdoor Session is limited within 20 minutes commute from the original event location and must be consecutive on the same day as the event.

Product Delivery

• All products will be delivered digitally through a dedicated digital photo album.
• All edited photos will be delivered to clients approximately THREE DAYS after the event date.
• Videos will be delivered within TWO WEEK after the event date.
